WHO IS THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

Hi there, I'm so glad to be able to share a bit more about myself with all of you today! I've been a photographer for a while now, and I've had some pretty amazing experiences along the way.

One of the most memorable moments for me was when I almost had the opportunity to photograph Victoria Beckham during her visit to Singapore. I was at the MBS for a photoshoot with Sassy Mama, and even though I was excited to meet her, Victoria ended up changing her mind about having her photos taken. But I did get to talk to her, and I was surprised to find out that she's actually shorter than I am!

When I first started out as a photographer back in 2010, I wasn't always confident in my work. I remember there was one family session that I was so unhappy with that I actually returned the money to the client. But I've learned so much since then, and I'm much more confident in my abilities now.

Most people describe me as a little bit goofy, and my husband would probably agree. But he would also say that I'm incredibly organized, which is a great balance, I think! I love to make people laugh and create a relaxed atmosphere during photoshoots, while still making sure everything runs smoothly.

I often get told that people are not feeling comfortable in front of the camera, and I can truly relate to that. I never know where to put my hands, how I should stand or sit comfortably but yet so it looks good, I didn't  even knowI had a good or bad side of my face. so pretty much I always felt a bit awkward when taking photos. And the only person who I let to take photos of me is my daughter Erica, I feel comfortable and we just have a great time laughing really
But you know what, the good thing about me feeling awkward is that I take it super seriously that my clients are feeling comfortable and safe, I don’t bulge on that one.
