Singapore family photographer

The first time I photographed this family was when I just started photography about 10 years ago. A friend of Amanda's had a Halloween party with their one-year-olds and I was the photographer at their house then. I found this out when we meet for their family photo shoot one sunny morning and I hear Amanda say to her son Max "you know that photo of you when you are a pumpkin, it is Gunilla who has taken it ". Fantastic fun that I had the opportunity to photograph them again, now with the addition of Charlotte to the family too :)

However, I had photographed Amanda's portrait photography for her company and she mentioned to David that "isn't it about time we book a family photoshoot soon" but then time passed and life was filled with so many musts and commitments that time passed. Until David (in the name of honesty, it is actually mainly the mother in the family who books a photo shoot) contacted me and wanted to give Amanda a family photo shoot as a 40 year present. And of course I thought that was a really wonderful suggestion (not biased at all:) and so it happened, David took the matter, booked a date and Amanda was so happy and relieved that David had fixed this!

And this shoot was absolutely gorgeous. I love it when parents just throw away all the prestige of "how" to behave as an adult and just get down to playing with their kids. Because that's the whole point during my shoots, I don't want you to care about the camera AT ALL. Point. It should be fun to be photographed and we don't do a lot of strange poses and fake smiles (like school photograph smiles....) When you walk away from a photo shoot with me, everyone should feel that "damn, that was fun" when can we do it again haha. You should have so much fun! We play with natural laughter and I do everything in my power to bring out those wonderful moments when you as a family are just TOGETHER.
