A farewell Singapore, hello UK kind of photoshoot
Family photoshoot in Singapore
I've been fortunate to have many friends that stay a long time in Singapore, some were even living here when I moved here 12 years ago! But for most people, Singapore is a place you live in for a couple of years before heading off for new adventures. This family, originally from the US, was that kind of family. Leaving Singapore for a new life in England.
The day we photographed them was only a few days before the moving company came and started packing, but Carlista really wanted some photographs with her family as a memory of her years in Singapore so we managed to find time to squeeze them in before they were flying off. So happy that we had the chance to photograph them AND also managed to hand over their huge canvases, all wrapped up to be shipped over to their new home in England.
Singapore represents both the old and the new so what better locations than Marina Bay Sands with it's super modern architecture and just off Orchard road we have the vibrant location with old shophouses that we all admire so much! The perfect match for a family who enjoyed Singapore so much.
If you, or anyone else is leaving Singapore and want gorgeous memories of your stay here, reach out to discuss how we can create meaningful photographs together.
Wishing you a lovely Friday afternoon and gorgeous weekend, are you up to anything fun? I have a non working weekend so I'm hoping for chilling by the pool and watching Mission Impossible with the family....and then it's Monday again:).
